Q1 2025 Recap - Adanomad Consulting Drives Innovation from Core Infrastructure to Client Solutions

As we close the book on the first quarter of 2025, the team at Adanomad Consulting is reflecting on a period of intense development, significant contributions, and continued client success. Our dual focus on building out the AceTeam.ai platform and delivering high-impact solutions for our consulting clients has resulted in a quarter packed with exciting milestones.

Advancing the Foundation: Research and Open Source

Pioneering Research in Knowledge Graph Extraction

We are incredibly proud to have co-authored and submitted a research paper to leading journals (including ArXiv) in collaboration with the esteemed University of Waterloo, working alongside Professor Pascal Poupart and Justin Xu. This research focuses on developing a much-needed benchmark dataset for Knowledge Graph Extraction from unstructured text – a critical task for building advanced AI systems. This work directly informs and is leveraged by AdaExtract, our proprietary specialized LLM designed for efficient data extraction into knowledge graphs, which forms the backbone of AceTeam’s advanced RAG capabilities. We’ll share the paper link as soon as it’s officially published!

Open-Sourcing Our Workflow Engine

In a move to empower developers and contribute to the automation community, we have rebuilt and open-sourced the core workflow engine that powers AceTeam.ai’s complex automation capabilities. This robust, flexible package is now available for anyone to use and build upon at https://github.com/adanomad/workflow-engine/. We believe this contributes to the “greater good” by providing a powerful tool for creating automation and AI workflows.

AceTeam.ai, our platform designed to democratize AI agents and automation, has seen a surge of new capabilities that not only benefit future users but are already enhancing our ability to serve consulting clients:

AI Agents with Real-Time Voice

A major feature rolled out this quarter is the ability for AI agents built on AceTeam to make and receive real-time voice calls. You can easily create an agent, assign it a phone number, and configure it to call a specific number – opening up new possibilities for automated communication.

Integrating Agents and Workflows

Our AI agents can now leverage the power of AceTeam workflows. This means an agent isn’t limited to simple conversational responses; it can execute complex, multi-step tasks like generating detailed reports, processing data, or interacting with external systems, all orchestrated by a visual workflow.

Robust Data & API Connectivity

We’ve significantly enhanced AceTeam’s integration capabilities. The platform now supports direct integration with external databases, allowing workflows and AI agents to read from and write to your data sources. Furthermore, we’ve released a comprehensive API, positioning AceTeam.ai as a powerful infrastructure provider that other app builders and consultants can integrate with programmatically.

Designed for Consultants & Teams

Understanding the needs of consulting firms and businesses managing multiple projects, we’ve built robust multi-organization support. This makes it easy to sandbox resources (API keys, database credentials, workflows, AI agents, documents) associated with each client or team, ensuring clean separation and secure management. You can easily switch between organizations you are part of.

Internal Productivity Flywheel

Launched in January, our internal AI workbench has proven invaluable. This tool allows our development team to experiment and write code leveraging various popular large language models (OpenAI, Deepseek, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, etc.). This has created a compounding “flywheel” effect, dramatically improving our productivity and speed of innovation.

Easy Deployment via Widgets & Apps

Making AI accessible is key. We’ve launched a feature allowing users to easily publish an agent created on AceTeam as a customizable widget that can be integrated into any website with a simple copy-and-paste code snippet. Additionally, the AceTeam App is now available on Web, iOS, and Android, offering a simple interface to interact with the agents you’ve built on the go.

Delivering Real-World Client Value

While dedicating significant resources to platform development, our core consulting work remains paramount. This quarter, we’ve continued to partner with clients to solve their unique challenges using AI and automation. A notable example includes piloting and working on an AI-powered Slack analytics tool specifically designed for agency owners to gain deeper insights into customer interactions, ultimately improving retention and satisfaction.
