These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adanomad's services, including our website, products, and applications (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adanomad and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

4. Payment Terms

Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Adanomad.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adanomad be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Service Level Agreement

While we strive to maintain high availability of our Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. Specific service levels may be covered under separate agreements for enterprise customers.

9. Data Processing

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have the right to provide any data you upload to our Services
• You grant us the necessary rights to process your data as part of providing our Services
• You will comply with all applicable data protection laws

10. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received through your use of the Services. This includes any technical, business, or other information designated as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
